Violation of these conduct standards may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.

All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, notes, videos, and assessments, are the intellectual property of SM Academy. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or sharing of these materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Certificates and Completion

Certificates of completion will be issued upon successful completion of course requirements, including attendance, assignments, and assessments. SM Academy reserves the right to withhold certificates if course requirements are not met.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

9. Limitation of Liability

SM Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course in question.
