All refund requests are subject to review and approval by SM Academy management. Refunds will be processed according to the terms outlined in this policy and applicable laws.

In case of documented medical emergencies preventing course completion, we may consider partial or full refunds on a case-by-case basis. Medical documentation must be provided.
If SM Academy cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons:
If you experience significant technical issues that prevent access to course materials and we are unable to resolve them within 48 hours, you may be eligible for a refund or course extension.
Instead of a refund, you may request to transfer your enrollment to:
Transfer requests must be made before the course completion date and may be subject to administrative charges.
If you are not satisfied with a refund decision:
Refunds for online payments will be credited back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking) within 7-14 business days.
Refunds for cash payments will be processed via bank transfer or cheque and may take up to 14 business days.
Refunds will be transferred to the bank account from which payment was received. Please ensure your bank details are accurate.

SM Academy reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Students enrolled before policy changes will be subject to the policy in effect at the time of their enrollment.
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
